A CNC (Computer Numerical Control) router is a cutting machine used for cutting various hard materials, such as wood, composites, plastics, and foams. CNC routers are controlled by a computer and are capable of cutting complex shapes and designs with high precision. 

 

OVERVIEW: 
 The optional Automated Label Printer is a fast and accurate method of panel identification for PANELBuilder machines. The device prints using thermal printing technology, requiring both thermal transfer ribbon and label rolls. The label applicator houses the suction pad which is used to pick up a label from the printer using vacuum pressure. The machine is programmed to apply the label onto a specified location on the workpiece.
 
Couple the Automated Label Printer with PANELBuilder software version 19 or higher to use the state-of-the-art PANELTracker feature. PANELTracker allows you to manage the workflow of your production process. Minimize rework and wait time with this great new tracking feature!

The knife calibrator is a laser-based, non-contact sensor used for alignment correction and tool length detection of knife blades. The sensor is installed on the machine’s tabletop and is fitted with a sensor cover to protect the emitter and receiver from debris. The sensor operates in a similar fashion to the photoelectric beam seen in most garage door systems.

The sensor determines the angle and length of knife blade tools, eliminating the need for operators to manually set knife tools. The device is compatible with a variety of
standard oscillating knife blades and tangential saber blades.

- For added safety, we have produced a SmartConsole with an E-Stop button mounted on the device, this allows the operator to stop the machine in case of an emergency.

This component is the entire Smartconsole and will operate with any version of A2MC controller. Smartconsoles are very rugged and designed for industrial use but can be damaged by dropping or other very high impact events.
Note: This SmartConsole is a direct replacement for SmartConsoles with a 4 pin cable connection.

The Universal 5Y pressure foot plays just as vital a role as the high capacity pressure foot. It has been specifically engineered to accept 2'' or 4'' diameter hoses and allows for manual adjustment of the ride height for faster material and tool setup often demanded in today's busy workplace.
This is ideal for use in situations where the material being processed may be damaged by a conventional pressure foot.
The Universal 5Y Pressure Foot can be easily set to ride just a short height above the material surface. Swarf extraction is highly efficient thanks to the unique internal cyclonic design.

- High performance, low-cost solution suitable for use on a variety of CNC applications. The power behind the AVS lies in its software which is fully integrated with the A2MC Control system. The digital print finishing benefits from the ability to quickly find and recognize conventional registration marks and adjust the machine cutting path as necessary to achieve exact alignment with printed shapes. The AVS is compatible with all cutting tools and allows virtually any printed material to be cut including card, vinyl, rubber, foam, aluminum, wood, acrylic and many more.

- The newly constructed Universal Pressure Foot Donut is now blind (top-down) mounted. Our new blind mount donut replaces the old bottom-up design and fits all AXYZ High Capacity and 5Y pressure feet.
The UHMW Pressure Foot Donut is for High Capacity Pressure Feet and 5Y Pressure Feet.
- It is made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene and designed to be used with sensitive materials that are prone to scratching when phenolic donuts are used.

- The bellows system provides an extremely efficient vacuum performance. The bellows completely enclose the tooling, virtually elimination all vacuum leakage.

- Pulleys are a vital part to support the cnc router machine. There primary use is to support the movement of the Z plate.

- This sensor is fitted with a 3 pin Molex connector on approximately 2 m (6 ft) of cable.

- This is a replacement fan for Eurobox style control boxes. It includes the fan, bezel, and filter enclosure.

- Motor Overload Protectors are not used on the control panels but are installed on all contactors controlling pumps, drills, and other peripheral device motors. 
- These devices ensure that a motor does not overheat and start a fire; so it is vital the correct device is used and it is set properly.  Motor overload protectors are available in a number of sizes and “ranges”.
-The current range must be set to 25% higher than the rated motor current that is printed on the motor nameplate.
- Please note that if you are replacing an older contactor or overload to one of these new ones, both must be changed.
