The Universal 5Y pressure foot plays just as vital a role as the high capacity pressure foot. It has been specifically engineered to accept 2'' or 4'' diameter hoses and allows for manual adjustment of the ride height for faster material and tool setup often demanded in today's busy workplace.
This is ideal for use in situations where the material being processed may be damaged by a conventional pressure foot.
The Universal 5Y Pressure Foot can be easily set to ride just a short height above the material surface. Swarf extraction is highly efficient thanks to the unique internal cyclonic design.

• The 5Y pressure foot can be used with both 2'' and 4'' diameter hoses.

The bellows system provides an extremely efficient vacuum performance. The bellows completely enclose the tooling, virtually eliminating all vacuum leakage.

- This is a replacement blast gate for high capacity pressure feet.
- The Blast Gate allows you to adjust the amount of air going into the pressure foot depending on the application. It is used to replace damaged blast gates.

- The newly constructed Universal Pressure Foot Donut is now blind (top-down) mounted. Our new blind mount donut replaces the old bottom-up design and fits all AXYZ High Capacity and 5Y pressure feet.
The UHMW Pressure Foot Donut is for High Capacity Pressure Feet and 5Y Pressure Feet.
- It is made from Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene and designed to be used with sensitive materials that are prone to scratching when phenolic donuts are used.

- Assembled Pressure Foot Bellow. The bellow system completely encloses tooling which reduces vacuum leakage resulting in increased chip collection.

The Pneumatic Air Cylinder 1'' Stroke is a replacement for the ones on the pressure feet (PFL-E-S-Z and PFR-E-S-Z). These must be replaced if the pressure foot has suffered a collision and the pistons are bent.

This is suitable for use with the original style pressure foot. Not for use with High Capacity or 5Y.

- This Saber Blade Cartridge has been specifically designed for the Trident Tangential knife unit.
- Saber Blades are especially useful for cutting very tough materials such as vinyl flooring and gasketing.

- The Creasing Wheel Post is the holder specifically designed for the Trident Series CNC Router (AXYZ). 
- Creasing wheels and axils are sold separately.

- The Mechanical Vinyl Knife is a precision drag knife that is generally used for pre-applied vinyl cutting.
- It features a precise down pressure adjustment and includes an adjustable depth knife holder and a 45° Roland Blade.

These are replaceable brush rings which clip into place on the swarf cones used on various manual and quick release (ATC) spindles on the original Pacer CNC Routers only. Used correctly, they will eliminate the scattering of swarf and dust by the cutter and they enhance the performance of the cyclonic extraction system to maintain a clean and tidy workplace.

The bearings are easily damaged during installation. 

- The Holding Break is used to hold either a stepper or servo Z axis in place when the power is turned off.

- Inverters (also called Variable Frequency Drives or VFD) are generally used to power high speed spindles. However they are sometimes used to power other motors, especially pumps and blowers in single phase applications.

-The Brush Donut can be fitted on the bottom of the high capacity pressure foot. The brush helps prevent scratching when machining very sensitive materials.

- The Vexta PK299F4.5 Stepper motor includes a 24 tooth pulley and terminated cables. Double stack motor with a holding torque exceeding 600 once-inches (4.3 N-m).

This motor is the most commonly used stepper motor for X and Y axis in all AXYZ stepper system router tables.

- The A2MC Power Board supplies and distributes power to the machine’s motor drives. It is a UL certified device that can power up to 8 motor drives. The nominal operating voltage is 65 VDC.
